Vidyodaya Academy was founded in 2011 by four teachers tired of watching students disappear into batches of 80–100. So they made one rule non-negotiable: no batch would ever cross 18 students — and everything else, from the daily doubt-solving hour to the weekly test series, grew out of that single decision.
Fourteen years, a bigger campus and hundreds of alumni later, that rule has never bent. When a batch fills up, we open a new one — we never make an existing one bigger.
Today that same philosophy shapes every batch we run — small enough that a teacher notices the one student who's gone quiet, and structured enough that no one falls through the cracks between one test and the next.
